KICKBOXING Class :) Wed – 6-7pm Whether you want to improve your fitness and Co ordination or just get off the treadmill and Do a fun hour of cardio – Kickboxing could be For you! We do an hour of kickboxing – which Involves partner pad work (you can come alone) & circuits. Every class is different, I incorporate New skills each week :) I have done Maui Thai Since 1992 and also a few other styles of Martial Arts along the way… Its great fun & a good work out COME N TRY!
BOOT CAMP WITH Ben Cove Sat 12.30-1pm Saturday Boot camp is a combination of Strength, Cardio vascular & endurance conditioning not for The faint hearted. Those who choose to take the Challenge will no doubt achieve fitness on a level They did not believe they could once achieve. Expect to be jumping, running, pushing & pulling Your way thru 6 x 3 minute rounds of Burpees, Squats, push ups sprints even lifting Beer kegs! Every Saturday @ 12.30pm.
BOXFIT Mon & Fri – 6-7pm Tone up; get stronger, faster & fitter with box fit class. Non contact boxercise classes are becoming more & More popular because not only do they get you in Shape but they are alot of fun too! This hour of power Class is for any one of any fitness level. These are the Work outs that top boxers use to get in & keep in Shape but you don't have a high level of fitness to join In. Learn to move, use combinations, bob & weave Like a boxer, have fun & burn excess fat! Every Mon And Fri night from 6pm – 7pm! Garry Smith is a state Champion boxer, a world gold & silver medalist in Stick fighting & black belt in ju-jitsu.
ABS Star & AVEN. Tues & Thurs 7am, 12.30, 1.15, 6.30pm Is a Half hour class that offers a range of exercises? Working on the whole MID section of your body i.e.; UPPER/LOWER ABS, OBLIQUES & LOWER BACK. Working your CORE AREA will increase Strength, Stamina in your workout & everyday Life. We do individual or partner work & classes Held every Tues and Thurs Morning, lunch & Evening with classes at 7am, 12.30pm, 1.15pm and 6.30pm.
PUMP THE JAM – Tues & Thurs 7.30-8am Full body work out using weights If it’s a bar bell, Dumb bells, Medicine balls, fit ball or even your own body Weight! We do the deed of a full body workout in a group Fitness environment & having fun while doing it! Good fat Burning class, High reps low weight makes it a good Cardio, strength training & Body toning in a half an hour, Think of it as having your own PT session!
